VaLLAR Plc., Bakrie Group’s joint venture company with Nathaniel Rothschild, acquired 75 percent of PT Bumi Resources Minerals owned by PT Bumi Resources Tbk. The consolidation and reorganization will enable Bumi Resources to focus on the coal business. The gold, copper, and zinc mine portfolio currently owned by Bumi Resources Minerals is now directly under the control of Vallar Plc.
