RACHMAT, an angkot M-01 driver, does not always refuel in the four gas stations appointed by the government. The city public transport plying the Senen-Kampung Melayu route often 'cheats.' On Wednesday last week, Rachmat used the one in the Kramat area in Central Jakarta. "It's a waste; the scanner in the appointed fuel station is broken.
