The Bojonegoro administration is yet to issue a building permit for the Cepu Block field in East Java. The production of oil is therefore stalled.

The soccer field in the Gayam village of Ngasem in Bojonegoro is in a sorry state. Wild grass covers most of the field and muddy rainwater blurs the lines indicating the goalposts.
