The date of the pre-meeting of the Consultative Group on Indonesia (CGI) is approaching, but the government is not ready. In April, the Indonesian delegation must submit a report to the group of donor countries and institutions on its achievements since the last CGI meeting in October in Tokyo. The report must contain at least four items: illegal logging, alleviation of poverty, fiscal decentralization and good governance.
