THEre are RUMORs currently flying around that Indonesia's Customs and Excise service is to be dismantled almost immediately. The hullabaloo began when Coordinating Minister for the Economy Rizal Ramli decided to set up a small team to deal with smuggling. The government is fed up with reports that smuggling is flourishing.
