You'd better limit your phone calls. The price is going to jump. For the past few weeks, the House of Representatives (DPR) has been busy making calculations. In line with a proposal by PT Telkom Tbk, the rate for telecommunications services will climb up to 45.5 percent within three years. "To maintain the quality of service," justifies Sarwoto Soetarno, PT Telkom's Vice President in charge of rates and interconnection.
