It's still raining bad luck on the State Electricity Company (PLN). Last year, it suffered a loss of Rp22.5 trillion: this year thereare still no signs of relief. In the forthcoming weeks, PLN must find US$10.65 million or about Rp110 billion to pay PT Energi Sengkang, the owner of the gas and steam power plant (PLTGU) at Sengkang, South Sulawesi.
