The Energy Ministry has found a breach of regulations in the procurement of goods and services by state electricity company PLN.

Results of an audit by the energy ministry's inspectorate general have put the management of PLN, state electricity company on edge. Audit findings show that the company has breached Presidential Regulation No. 54/2010 on procurement of goods and services, because it signed a contract and paid advances to vendors before land acquisition for the project was secured.
