After being hit by so much bad news, Indonesia’s economy recently received good tidings for a change. Last week, ‘older brother’ Japan approved debt rescheduling in connection with Paris Club II. This was a pleasant surprise, increasing the number of the main creditors who have agreed to do the same: the United States, Canada and Japan.
