To passersby, there’s nothing special about the house on Jl. Rancajigang, Majalaya, Bandung in West Java. Its walls look dull and some are hidden behind a pile of old, used bricks. The pathway in front of it is not covered with asphalt and is full of holes. Not a pretty sight. During the rainy season, the holes become filled with water and people must tread carefully to avoid falling into them.
