The Labor Union has urged Yamaha Music management to impose sanctions on the official who supervises workers. The management responded by threatening to dismiss 154 employees.

Every day a new work holiday plan is pinned on the factory announcment board by the management of Yamaha Music Manufacturing Indonesia in Pulogadung, East Jakarta. The five sheets of paper on the board all contain the exact same information, with the only difference being the days and dates on them.
