Biodiesel Plants Possibly Delayed

Several investors are reconsidering their plans to build biodiesel plants this year. The executive chairman of the Indonesian Biofuel Producers Association (Aprobi), Paulus Tjakrawan, said the government had changed the price formula used to set the benchmark on domestic markets. It is now based on diesel. "This is not right. There's no relation between the price of diesel and biodiesel," he said last week.
