Bank Mandiri has acquired Bank BTN. Not everyone is enthusiastic about the prospect.

A fresh breeze blew from the office of Cabinet Secretary Dipo Alam at the State Secretariat complex on Thursday last week. Dipo was meeting with Satya Wijayantara, chairperson of the Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) labor union, and Mahmuddin Yasin, deputy state-owned enterprises (SOE) minister. Dipo was accompanied by four members of his staff.

According to Satya, the union had requested Dipo's intervention to resolve the dispute triggered by Bank Mandi
