THE SKIES above Indonesia seem clogged with planes lately. In fact, there have never been so many players in the airline business. In the last two years, six new airline companies have debuted—joining five existing ones. The Ministry of Transportation & Telecommunications has also licensed a further five companies. They are expected to start operations this year—and will add to the traffic.
