Since the hike in fuel prices, there have been signs that industry is buying diesel fuel meant for the general public. And now there's a scarcity.

Jupri constantly complains. For the last two weeks, the garbage truck driver has had to endure long queues whenever he wanted to buy diesel fuel. Starting last month, there have been queues for diesel at his regular gas station near Bantargebang, Bekasi, even at night.
