THE July 13 deadline has come and gone, and the government's plan to combine regulations on planning and budgeting still remains undone.
As of last week, no further meetings on the matter have been held since the Idul Fitri holidays began two weeks ago. In the limited economic coordination meeting held on June 6, it was agreed that two government regulations will be revised in one month's time. That deadline came and went last Wednesday.
