WHEN it comes to foreign investors trying to enter the fisheries sector, Marine and Fisheries Minister Susi Pudjiastuti means business. She is sealing off all doors to foreign boats intending to fish in Indonesian waters. Susi is very serious about this; she once threatened to leave the cabinet if things did not go her way.
