Jonan Leads the Energy Ministry

PRESIDENT Joko Widodo has appointed Ignasius Jonan and Arcandra Tahar as minister and deputy minister of energy and mineral resources, respectively. Jokowi found both to be professional figures who can and will reform the energy and mineral sector. "This is a management issue. Do not turn it into a personal or political issue," said Jokowi after the two took their oath of office at the State Palace on Friday.
