TWO weeks ago, dozens of cargo trucks were lined up at the South Pier temporary parking lot at the Tanjung Perak Port in Surabaya, waiting to board the passenger vessel, Legundi. Trucks carrying a variety of goods entered the ferry one by one. "A total of 25 trucks of mixed types were parked on the main deck, 15 units on the upper deck and 5 units on the lower deck," said a field officer.
