Rio’s daily activity has increased in the past two months. These days, the Central Jakarta resident rises before the dawn call for prayer. He gets up early to queue on behalf of a person who is applying for a passport at the immigration office. Typically, at precisely 5am, he has arrived and stands in a line outside the immigration office. After picking up the queue number, Rio informs the applicant on his cell phone.
