Farmers Stifled by Regulations

Budidoyo Siswoyo, chair of the Indonesian Tobacco Community Alliance (AMTI), was reluctant to sign the minutes of meeting on a draft regulation on limiting tobacco imports. Budidoyo felt that the regulation discussed in the meeting, which took place at the trade ministry last October, was misguided.
