Occasionally glancing toward the balcony in the House Agricultural Affairs Commission's meeting room at the Parliamentary Complex in Senayan, Jakarta, last Monday, Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Minister Susi Pudjiastuti spoke out about the transfer of authority in regard to salt import recommendations.
