Indonesia's financial markets have been anything but upbeat. Throughout last week, investors had been counting on positive sentiments after Moody's Investor Services raised Indonesia's rating to Baa2 on April 13. But markets seem to be oblivious to it, continuing its negative trend and simply ignoring Moody's new rating for Indonesia.
