THE Indonesia Hydro Power Developer Association (INAHA) Chairman M. Riza Husni was forced to lose two weekends at the end of October 2019. He was in marathon meetings with dozens of energy and mineral resources (ESDM) ministry officials at Botani Square in Bogor, West Java. “I was very sleepy but the discussion must go on.
