IT is anything but easy to readily find storage for 1.5 billion liters of crude oil, even for state-owned oil and gas company Pertamina. Pertamina is having difficulty finding enough tanks for the 10 million barrels of crude oil plans to be imported in order to get benefit from the falling global oil prices.
