SOE directorships now seem to be up for grabs with fixers appearing from several different groups, including state officials, members of the House of Representatives (DPR) and former journalists.

IT certainly seems that the selection of candidates to lead state-owned enterprises (SOEs) should no longer be carried out behind closed doors but rather in open discussions.
