VOLKSWAGEN made good on its promise to return to Indonesia. After about two years of discussions with the government, the largest European automotive company now brings a more tangible commitment. Volkswagen, through Volkswagen PowerCo, declared that it would become part of the battery supply chain for the electric vehicle industry in Indonesia by investing in the nickel ore processing industry.
