THE Energy and Mineral Resources Ministry made a firm decision: not allowing  Perusahaan Gas Negara or PGN to raise the price of natural gas. PGN initially planned to raise the price of gas for industry on October 1. However, the Energy Ministry’s Director-General of Oil and Gas Tutuka Ariadji said that PGN cannot make unilateral policies. “Don’t decide on your own to raise prices like that,” he told Tempo on Thursday
