EVERY year Caltex Pacific Indonesia (CPI) provides work experience opportunities for hundreds of students writing their theses on the oil/gas industry. But starting this month, the intake will include would-be managers and vice presidents. There aren't many of them, in fact only 18 in all. Next year, they are slated to take over management of the CPP oilfield, currently managed by CPI from Houston, in the United States of America.
