West Java to be the First to Issue Regional Bonds

THE plan to build the Sidawangi Pulmonary Hospital in West Java could soon commence. The West Java provincial government has decided that regional bonds will fund the hospital development project. Two other projects under the same financing model are the development of a regional health laboratory and several new hospitals.
