IT has been two years since the Indonesian Trade Safeguard Committee (KPPI) published the Final Report on the Investigation Results of the Extension of the Imposition of Trade Safeguard Measures on Fabric Goods. Until now, however, none of the recommendations in the 90-page report has been put into practice. These include recommendations about the extension of the imposition of safeguard duty or BMTP on imported fabric products.
