ELEVEN years ago, there was a lot of sharp criticism about the selling off of Indonesian water to Singapore. Indonesia's then Coordinating Minister for Economics Radius Prawiro and Singapore's then Deputy Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong signed an MoU regarding the sale and purchase of Indonesia's "transparent gold" to Singapore.
