At least five times, Minister for Mines & Energy, Purnomo Yusgiantoro, has sent letters to Kaltim Prima Coal (KPC) about the divestment of 51 percent of its shares. All the letters bear the same message: the divestment should take into consideration the local government's aspirations, as well as those of the people of East Kalimantan.
