The government's legal assistance team will very soon complete its work. Legal action is strongly recommended against big-fish debtor Sjamsul Nursalim. The verdict, as far as he is concerned, is that he has broken all his promises.

THE days of big-fish debtor Sjamsul Nursalim seem to be numbered. Last week, the legal assistance team (TBH KKSK) set up by the Indonesian government had already handed over its findings and conclusions regarding this former head of Bank Dagang Nasional Indonesia (BDNI). Particularly as regards the Master of Settlement & Acquisition Agreement (MSAA) that Sjamsul signed, promising to settle his debts with guaranteed assets.
