THERE'S a new technical term that's being used—at least by members of the Indosat Workers' Union—in the Indosat divestment. The term is "special purpose vehicle" or SPV for short. Those inside this special vehicle are Indonesia Communication Limited (ICL) and Singapore Technologies Telemedia Communication (STTC). The names of these two companies are very evident in a copy of the share purchase agreement that TEMPO obtained.
