AFTER 22 revisions, numerous changes and delays, a consensus has finally been reached on the draft of a Presidential Decree on the restructuring of debts owed by small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to the government. "It's only a matter of time before the final draft is signed by the president," says Minister of Small and Medium Enterprises and Cooperatives, Alimarwan Hanan.
