President Director of PLN Eddie Widiono Suwondo had a crease on his forehead. He was studying World Bank's report entitled Indonesia: Maintaining Stability, Deepening Reforms. His eyes focused on the figures in the table of electricity rates in ASEAN countries.
The report says that the selling rate of electricity in Indonesia is higher than in Laos, Vietnam, and Thailand. Household-type of customers in Indonesia must pay US$0.0372-US$0.0997
