Cargill proceeded like an athlete possessed. Apparently in peak condition, it scored one victory after another. The difference was that it joined sugar import tenders in Indonesia instead of sports competitions. Two weeks ago, the company won a tender organized by the State Logistics Agency (Bulog). Later, it triumphed over others again, in Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia's tender.
