TODAY, the government is putting the finishing touches on the changes to the Government Regulation on Cigarette Safety for Health. The draft revision was completed two weeks ago and is awaiting President Megawati Sukarnoputri's signature. This is the second amendment after a previous one in 2000. However, compared to the first revision, the current proposal is much more radical.
