Prudential Life Assurance continues to be threatened with bankruptcy. After winning two previous lawsuits, the British insurance company must once again deal with the commercial courts. Last week, they were sued for bankruptcy for allegedly failing to pay advetising fees of Rp240 million. This is in connection with the announcement of their bankruptcy as filed by Lee Boon Siong, a Malaysian citizen, which was later won by Prudential.
