ALETTER was sent to the office of Coordinating Minister for the Economy, Dorodjatun Kuntjoro Jakti, last Monday. Its contents suggested a tone of resignation. The sender, Minister of Trade & Industry, Rini Soewandi, stated her compliance with the decision of Minister Dorodjatun that the construction of the Tanjung Jati B steam power generating plant requires no counter-trade obligation.
