SECURITY was tight at the Dharmawangsa Hotel. The watchful guards examined the faces entering the room for the extraordinary meeting of Lippo Bank shareholders last Tuesday. One of them, as if anticipating a terrorist attack, looked lean and mean, standing guard with a large hound beside him.
