PERETZ Gan inserts two blades of grass in a glass. After stirring it briefly, he says: "Here's your sweet tea; try it." Sweet? Gan did not use any sugar. Curious, TEMPO immediately sipped it. The aroma of grass immediately filled the nostrils. Wow, it really was sweet.
