Sugiharto:"I have never received that letter"

STATE Minister for State Enterprises Sugiharto claimed he had never before seen the letter shown by Tempo, which contained a list of people blacklisted by Bank Indonesia. Sugiharto, the 49-year-old native of Medan, North Sumatra, pored over a photocopy of the letter, shaking his head in amazement. He claimed he had never been interviewed or called in for a fit-and-proper test.
