Burhanuddin Abdullah: "I am ready to take drastic action"

Burhanuddin Abdullah put on his coat which he had hung on his chair. "I'm trying to get into the habit just in case I get selected to be Bank Indonesia (BI) governor," he said laughingly. Burhanuddin, a Sundanese born in Garut on July 10, 1947, appeared relaxed and optimistic. He is a contender for the number one job at the central bank. His formula is simple.
