Many businesspeople are returning their textile and textile product fixed quotas to the tune of millions of units. This could mean the loss of millions of US dollars in foreign exchange earnings.

THEIR eyes were much, much bigger than their stomachs. This is a pretty fair picture of the textile and textile product (TTP) businesspeople who have returned to their fixed quotas. Previously, when the quota distribution season began, they tried their very best to get as many TTP quotas as possible. But now these businesspeople have given up. In reality, they were unable to realize half of their quotas, let alone all of them.
