THE big building in Pakis Kembar, Malang Regency, looks desolate from the outside. A sign with the words "CV Sumber Makmur" is perched above the gate and almost hidden by the foliage of a nearby tree. No security guard stands at attention. Nor is there an employee seen going about the premises. An atmosphere of simplicity seeps from the company's every corner.
