A Caution for Telkom

WHO would expect PT Telkom to trip over a "huge rock" that is as powerful as the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC), which acts as the supervisory body of the capital markets in the United States. While other companies slipped because of "pebbles", it was the opposite for Telkom. The state-owned company did not lose its balance in the Jakarta bourse, but in New York. Strange indeed, but that was precisely what happened.
