FOR Erizal Anwar, Chairman of the Semen Padang employees' cooperative, the ruling handed down two weeks ago by the Padang District Court was a real shock. He never imagined that the court would ever rule against the old board of directors and board of commissioners of the company where he works, cement producer PT Semen Padang.
