A NEW chapter in the Release & Discharge (R&D) story opened last month with the announcement by the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA) that it had asked the Financial Sector Policy Committee (FSPC) to approve its granting R&D letters to five bankers who had settled all their obligations.(see table).
